  : Not a lot to be honest!! The hostess was very nice and pleasant
  : The room and all its failings The Decor needs updating with old pull down blinds , and one didn't work , and had a curtain on a wooden rail that wasn't fitted properly and came off The shower screen didn't fit the bath properly and leaked water all over the bathroom floor which was a (slip Hazard )!!There was no hand soap provided which is a necessity.The Toilet seat needs replaced with a new unstained one Beds are of a very poor and standard and very uncomfortable..Any movement at all and they would creek and keep you awakeWashing Machine down hallway was on before midnight making a racket No consideration for guests No option available to make tea , no cups provided

  : Central to the town. Enjoyed the breakfast and the friendliness of staff. Easy parking right outside was helpful. Close to shops and bars.

  : THe breakfast was very tasty , I had scrambled eggs on sourdough and it was some of the nicest scranled eggs Ive ever had , you also got a complementary bottle of fresh orange which was a nice touch.

  : So I booked this for 9 off us for a wedding at orange tree hill in Greyabbey. This was the perfect location, as it was close by and easy to reach to the venue by taxi. The rooms were big and all had on suites. Although the property is a bit rough around the edges, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was also great. They help you out with iron boards etc when we needed them and have us extra glasses to take to our room.
  : Some rooms were by the main road which could be a little noisy. Waiting times for food is very long, and service from waiting staff is a bit slow, although its delicious when you get it and everybody is friendly.
