  : We did mot like the fact that a man came to paint windows while we where staying and then smoked while working which went into the property, it wad a none smoking residents. And spoiled private property.

  : We had to wait in car for about 45 mins as keys were not in the place where we were told, had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in. After a very long drive we just wanted to get settled in

  : The address stated in the details is incorrect, we spent over an hour searching for the property, the builder who lives next door says he often has people going to his address as that is the one stated in the details !. Could also do with updating the visitors welcome pack as most items are from the previous year, also not a lot of info for the appliances in the property
