: Hotel was superb. No complaints. Had a sea view room with balcony. The room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Had two comfy chairs and table. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom. Had an abundance of tea, coffee and milk given to us when we requested and the shortcake biscuits were lovely. Views were amazing and spent a lot of time on balcony relaxing and watching the surfers even though the weather wasn't very good. Did not have treatments but did use spa. It was so relaxing. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us have an enjoyable start to the day with their happy dispositions. Food was excellent - both for breakfast and for the meals from the bar which we tried.I felt that there was a theme on lamps and shades as they were very bold throughout the hotel. The decor was lovely. The dining room had had a lot of thought go into making it seem like it was sectioned into 'booths' using light and airy drapes. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one wishing to visit Newquay.
: The parking can be a bit tricky for some although I didn't have any problems there were plenty of guests finding it hard to either park or leave a parking space. Witnessed some near misses and watched several guests trying to manoeuvre in and out.
