  : The lady that check me in was nice.
  : I called ahead for a question, I called 4x, noone answered or called back, I called again around 12 and a female answered with a very irritated voice saying hello. I asked if I could reach the Hotel again irritated she said yes I asked my questions she said no and laughed at me and hung up. Upon arrival the lady that checked me and was very nice I got to my room and it was very very cold I turn the heat on. Throughout my stay every time the heater would automatically turn off the room would get cold I had to constantly keep turning the heater up. In the morning when I went to take a shower and brush my teeth I realized that the bathroom sink does not drain when I took a shower the shower also did not drain there was very very little hot water and because the shower drain is clogged the bottom of the shower fills with water so you're standing in freezing cold water I had to make my shower short because it was starting to overflow.Overall absolutely horrible stay.

  : Very quiet area, super comfortable beds.
  : The only downside (first world problem) was the AC was very loud.

  : The room was clean and attractive.
  : Wifi was not working. Desk clerk called the owner who said to unplug the router and then plug it in again. We tried that but it didn't help. At that point the desk clerk basically threw up her hands, said "sorry", and exited the office into the adjacent private room. I was not aware of any further attempt to fix the wifi. That was pretty disappointing. Having wifi service is important to many guests who want or need to use their devices in their rooms.
