  : The motel had a terrible odour both inside and outside the motel. There were permanent residents or long-term stays living at the property playing music at all hours and smoking in their rooms. Doors were slamming in the middle of the night. People knocking on doors. It felt like I was living in a dorm. There was no shampoo in the shower. We had black particles coming out of our A/C. The rooms were not equipped with the same amenities (i.e ice buckets, refrigerator, microwaves, towel holder). There was virtually no cleaning staff to pick up our garbage or give us fresh towels unless you requested it at the front desk. The staff working the front desk were mostly there to take payment and sat for most of their shift watching movies, talking on their phone or vaping outside the front door. I did see someone spraying air freshener in the front lobby to mask the smell. It all seemed very unprofessional. The only thing positive I can say about this property is that it was affordable.

  : This motel is not performing basic maintenance... The rain gutters were overgrown and water spilled down on the sidewalk below during a storm... There was an exposed outlet under the bedside table... And there were congealed drops of brown filth on the ceiling of the bathroom. My room was #239.

  : I didn’t like anything because our reservation was cancelled Without my knowledge!!!
  : You could have sent me a notification my reservation was cancelled but you didn’t I drove 6 damn hours only to find I didn’t have a place to stay even though you sent me reminder notifications that I did! I will never attempt to use your crappy company again and will most definitely be letting everyone I know how you mistreated me
