  : The staff was friendly
  : The entire facility, from the lobby to the room, was old, run down and filthy. We reserved a queen room but when we arrived, we were informed there were no queen rooms available and we were placed in a room with a double bed. The room had a desk with no chair, a kitchen with no dishes or cutlery, the bathroom was filthy, there were black mold spots on the ceiling above the shower, and to top it off, there were roaches!!! The floor was wet when we got to the room and we were told there was a leak in the room above us but because no one was currently in it, no more water should drip down. The front desk closes at 10pm and there is no staff on site until 7 the next morning. A phone number was provided for emergencies only. Housekeeping was not available and the manager said the rooms are cleaned every 14 days. The phone in the room has a surcharge for local calls, including the emergency phone number and when I asked for extra towels, I was told there was a charge of $1.75 for each additional towel or wash cloth. The room was $150 a night and I was completely disappointed with everything but the staff. They kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience. I will never stay here again. The entire building needs to be demolished.

  : The manger seem like he had an attitude. I kept complaining about the stuff that was wrong with the room and he didn’t do anything about it. My room should’ve been changed to a different one but wasn’t.
