  : We didnt have any breakfast as far as we are aware it wasnt included?
  : The bottles being emptied into the bins first thing in the morning was not a good alarm clock. The bins were right beside our window unfortunately, not a nice awakening! Thank goodness neither of us had a hangover. We understand for the location and it was a weekend visit, the price has to be reflected but think the surroundings should be taken into account. No real instructions as to where you check in or check out, staff in the bar really didnt seem bothered when we enquired on arrival. We were in the bar areas for an hour or two and all the staff seemed fed up and not friendly. I work in hospitality myself and these simple things could make a bad impression as the wedding upstairs we attending was absolutely beautiful and staff were wonderful! On departure no one was around so only as I was informed the Avoca was a sister hotel I walked down to enquire in there.

  : The proximity to the main strip and beach front.
  : Staff where unhelpful and didn't seem to want to help. The room was close to the main bar and the music went on to 1am and could be heard quite clearly in out room.Coffee making facilities where not Stocked there wasn't enough coffee and too many teabags.

  : THERE WERE RECEIPTS LAYING ON THE FLOOR FROM APRIL AND DIRT ON BATHROOM FLOOR NEAR RADIATOR AND POO ON UNDER PAR OF TOILET

  : cleanliness poor. No staff present. Bed uncomfortable. No sleep possible due to a party and domestic incidents and arguments going on in the next rooms. No help available. Frightening situation.
