  : Extremely friendly staff who made you feel welcomed. Room was warm (freezing temperatures outside), cosy and clean. My evening meal was served hot and member of staff checked that I was happy.

  : I liked the location and the size of the bedroom, the bed was also quite comfortable. My wife and I do not eat cooked breakfast, so we had to eat the two days we stayed the same Cereal, juice, coffee and toast. There was no Croissants, Buns, Chopped Fruit...etc what is generally available for breakfast in other Hotels. I understand that the Breakfast was included in the price, but we would rather pay extra and have more of a selection, maybe that would explain why on both days we were the only persons at Breakfast. I would suggest to the Hotel Management to try to address this Breakfast issue and provide a wider range/choice of food.
  : The Bathroom, needs to be modernized, it was highly ungratifying to see that such a quaint family run Hotel still preserves independent Hot & Cold water Taps, of which when you wash your hands you either Burn or Freeze yourself. Also there were no Tops/shelves to place a simple Travel Bag, had to place it on the floor. Electric Shower, was also inadequate with no water pressure, so it took us both longer to rinse the shampoo of us,...no water saving there...!!
