  : Location was okay as I had business meetings in a nearby place. The bed was also comfortable though it wasn’t got cleaned even once in my 5 night stay.
  : Worst experience. No concept of service or cleanliness.

  : This is a no frills hotel in a great location for a good price. I stayed solo in one of the no window rooms with a double bed and a desk for a 1 week visit to nyc. It was small but comfy. All my stuff fit in there (though would have been tricky if more than one person). It was hot summer weather but the air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool (almost too cold on one night). Air-conditioning is central so you have no control over the room temp. This is super close to a couple of subway stations that easily get you uptown to a lot of the tourist sights. Easy walk to lots of restaurants etc. and a lot of other tourist sights. Nice neighbourhood to wander around. The desk was staffed 24/7 and were very nice.
  : The bathrooms are shared so their cleanliness is linked to that. I found them fine, they are regularly cleaned but depending on when in the order of things you use them there are inevitably hairs in the shower or once even there was urine on the toilet seat. Definitely bring flip flops/shower shoes etc. I only once in 1 week had to wait for a bathroom. Doors are pretty thin so you can hear when ppl are talking in the corridor. Not too disruptive though in my case. Outside door gets locked after a certain time and I could hear the door bell when guests were coming back late at night. This was only really happened on the weekend (and I was one of those guests as well one of the nights so can't throw too many stones). To note, if you are picky about filtered water etc then they sell bottled water at reception (though it would be more economical to bulk buy at the supermarket instead). The lady at reception didn't recommend refilling water bottles in the bathroom and there is no other water source available to use in the hotel.

  : No elevator. I was on the 3rd floor.

  : Could store luggage at desk for a few hours after checkout. Desk in room. Room well cooled.
  : No elevator, must carry luggage up stairs. Shared bathroom floor was often wet, people left their things on the hooks, not much room to place a toiletry bag.
