  : The only thing that was good about the hotel was the actual location, meaning the proximity to the train station which made it very accessible to get around and I'm originally from New York so that's always a good thing.
  : What I did not like was the fact that we had to keep asking for towels and washcloths every single day. No one came in the room to make up the bed or clean the tub out which was kind of stopped up so the water didn't even go down correctly. When my fiance went downstairs to ask about why our room hasn't been clean and towels refreshed, they told him that I refused this at check-in when they never even asked me any of this. Again. I've stayed in numerous hotels and standard service is for them to come in and at least give you new washcloths and towels if they ain't going to be making up the. The positioning of the air conditioning to the bed with cold air blowing on you all night, you were bound to catch a cold. When I booked the room, I booke a large room with a City viewand that room was smaller than the size of my studio apartment that I used to have in New York. It was not a City view. We were looking directly into the apartment building and construction site for $200 plus a night absolute waste. Lastly, they a water leak or something because it was water stains in the shower as well. Every time I come back home to visit, I always stay at a hotel in the city and I can tell you that for the amount of money I paid to stay at this hotel it was the absolute worst stay I've had coming back home to visit family members. NEVER AGAIN!!!
