  : The staff was completely non-responsive, the apartment was not the one pictured, there are only two tiny air conditioners in two of the bedrooms (none in the largest bedroom and living room) and the other rooms were unusable in the heat (we had to drag a mattress onto the floor in an air conditioned room to be able to sleep in the heat), almost no toilet paper provided

  : The Location. The best there is. The building has a doorman 24/7
  : General level of construction and maintenance. Kitchen equipment could be upgraded. Missing some clothes storage space. Better cleanliness in kitchenware would help. The aircon in one of the rooms clearly needs servicing or replacement.

  : located in a beautiful clean, safe neighborhood just blocks away from Central Park! a bit removed from the main tourist sights further south in Manhattan but we utilized the subway daily or walked!
  : definitely could have used hooks throughout for towels, coats, keys, etc.

  : - One of the bedrooms had no AC. Not nice. - Two bedroom curtains where missing. In general, better quality curtains would be justified.

  : The location was ideal and the space was sufficient for our needs. The entire apartment and building areas were neat and clean, quiet, and we felt safe and welcome.There were many aspects of the apartments/amenities that were not great & didn't match what had been advertised on the website.
  : Nothing ruined our stay, but they are really important to know in order to plan ahead & pack. Here is our list in no particular order:1. We were not able to access our rooms, though check-in was arranged in advance for 3pm. Housekeeping services took much longer. We had rented 2 apartments within this building, for 8 people, 1 room was ready by 4:30, the other not until 5pm. We were able to store our bags while we waited.2. ONE roll of toilet paper was in 1 of the 3 bathrooms that made up our 2 apartment rental. The 2 other bathrooms HAD NO TOILET PAPER. I messaged the man who had seen us to our rooms, he informed us kindly that we get what was there and that's it. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER! There is a CVS not too far away, but after a long journey for 8 people who wait getting into their room, toilet paper is essential. There were also no tissues provided, bring your own.3. Toiletries were NOT provided in full - in total, for 2 apartments, 3 bathrooms - there were 4 tiny bars of soap, 2 tiny bottles of lotion, 1 tiny bottle of conditioning shampoo, and dish soap at the sink. BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES!4. Air Conditioning in the 3-bedroom apartment was only ok. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had window units which worked well, so the living area and the 3rd bedroom had no a/c. 5. There were no washcloths and barely enough towels and sheets for the 8 people that we had reserved and paid for, BRING EXTRAS.6. The plumbing in the studio apartment had some issues. We notified the property and they addressed the plugged toilet right away and were going to look into the leaking sink after we left.7. The door handle in the 1 bathroom was broken and if you closed the door all the way, you couldn't get back out again.8. There was some mold growing on the ceilings of the bathrooms.

  : Unit is smaller than depicted online. States housing for 6 people but that is not true. It is for 4 people. Air conditioner does not work, so it was extremely hot the entire time. Only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper despite having a reservation for 6 people. When asked for more toilet paper, only 1 extra was given. When asked to fix air conditioner, was ignored. Terrible rude service, most text messages were ignored. Do not recommend.
