  : Location is excellent. One of the least spoiled beaches in FL. IMHO, only beaten on the Atlantic Coast by Crescent Beach. Very convenient to great restaurants. Beach across the street...2 blocks. Area has great fishing...Intracoastal and Mosquito Lagoon for WORLD FAMOUS FISHING! Canaveral National Seashore just up the road. Longest stretch of unspoiled seashore on the Atlantic Coast. We needed help getting in. VERY accommodating!
  : Retired Florida residents who travel FL 20 or more trips a year. This is a nice duplex in a great location. We actually lived and worked in this area before we retired.We chose a 5 day rental. We stayed 2 1/2 nights. My wife became very ill. We called 911 went to the hospital, and then home. We called the property manager and explained EVERTYING..She promised a partial refund. Havent seen it.This peoperty was advertised as a $350.00 rental for 5 nights. After paying "fees" we paid $701.00. We knew this is about normal for this property and this area. Folks from outside of FL won't blink at $700.00 for 5 nights. So why not be up front with the price. Also, we were doing business outside the USA to some place the across the ocean. I read small print. We are concerned about who has our credit card info. Dishes not washed properly. Lipstick residue on glasses. Floors not clean. We take our shoes off at home. NOT possible here...DIRTY FEET! Second bathroom had urine on back of toilet...BUT had a sanitation paper on the seat????? I finished the cleaning person's job! TV? Over the air ROKU! FORGET IT! OH...AND NO SALT, PEPPER, ETC. Bring your own??? It won't take much to get this place up to standards for it's location. Maybe a new cleaning service and satelite TV service. OH....And salt and pepper.
