  : Very cozy home like feel. our unit (5) had a beautiful exposed brick wall in the bedroom.
  : it’s old - so is the plumbing but we knew that going in- it has the old world charm

  : staff was not there and failed to answer phone calls when they gave me the wrong front gate code and left us standing on the street until a third party arrived to be shown our apt. also failed to inform me the unit was on the third floor, requiring climbing a three floor spiral staircase with luggage. This needs to be stated before rental,must be in above average physical condition to accomplish this.

  : Nice location and roomy apartment with good kitchen.
  : The worst thing was the musty smell that won't go away, it felt like being in a basement after a flood. The apartment needs renovations, the staircase smelled like a cat litter that hasn't been cleaned for years. The bathroom had mold... The bar across the street is noisy but not too bad.

  : The location and accommodations were excellent! I was there with a friend and Unit 6 offered plenty of space and privacy with its two separate bedrooms. We also loved the brick fireplace and overall charm of the place. The beds were so comfortable we tried to peel back the sheets to find the brand of mattress. It seems like a small thing, but I loved that they provided a Brita filter and lots of towels and washcloths. The courtyard itself was beautiful. A wonderful stay!

  : Property location is amazing to get to know the vibrant life of New Orleans without having to go through the busy Bourbon Street. Property was very well isolated from noise and entrance was very nice. Additionally, it has an easy but secure way to access it
  : There are some mishaps that are not aligned with the price tag on the property. To mention the most important ones:- The extra bed is REALLY bad and you will not have a pleasant sleep anytime. The bed couch must be many years old;- The bathroom door didn't lock. We immediately told the property admin about it and were told it was going to get fixed but it never happened; - One of the lights was always tilting and similarly, we let the admin know but they never came around to fix things up- Finally, t's not noted in the instructions that it's necessary to use the "lock" button which is a bit hidden in order to make sure the door is locked. Most places now lock automatically.
