  : Beds were cozy. Enough room for everyone in my party. Loved the Washer/Dryer.
  : Was not given enough washcloths even after a number of calls & texts. There was constant construction on the road and could hear vehicles going over it all night long. I know it's not the fault of the Sonder.

  : The place was spacious, well decorated and equipped. The facilities were very private. Going into the property was easy.

  : Size was good. Location okay.
  : Area around was not well lit. Sidewalk was crumbled. Inside, stove but no bakeware to bake anything. Minimal furnishings which always lead me to feel the property thinks Im a thief. The daily rate was fair but kitchen needs more things. The appliances were very good and modern. Appreciated the washer/dryer.

  : We arrived after a long day of travel to a hot apartment. Before bed we turned down the air hoping to cool it off. It was terrible we woke up to the apartment being 92 degrees. This was the most uncomfortable stay. We called the Sonder twice and they still have not gotten back to us in regards to our stay. I would like a full refund and would not recommend this place. Also it is located in a sketchy area.

  : It was a good size. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean as a pin!
  : There was NO water pressure in showers. Outside and stairs and outside doors need paint so looks dingy. Not best part of town.

  : Great location, clean nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and easy to accesses your apartment.
  : It's a busy street and kinda loud in the bedrooms, I'd suggest some type of background noise. There is no TV in any of the bedrooms.

  : Well equipped apartment in a quieter part of the city but only a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. Self checkin was straightforward although the code got changed a few hours after we had checked in without our knowledge. However a quick phone call and we had the new code. Why it was changed was a mystery. We also had an issue with the wifi which likewise quickly rectified.
  : The windows really need blockout blinds or curtains to blockout the street lights. The bathroom sinks in both bathrooms were slow running. There is a car pack across the road behind the building and it can get noisy from about 7 am.

  : lovely and very central location. Apartment had very nice finishes but a few misses. Most pleasant surprise was the use of Davines product in the bathroom which are amazing and extremely high quality!
  : It was VERY loud as the sound proofing from outside noise was nonexistent. Every night we were awakened at the wee hours of the morning between 2:00 am and 4:00 am by loud cars and shouting of pedestrians on the streets. Inside the rooms, the curtains were insufficient for the windows, completely absent in 2 rooms, and the resulting massive light pollution resulted in poor sleep for all of us. The property also needs a few extra finishes. Hand soap for the sinks, and additional towel bars in the bathrooms. Most frustrating was the use of water saving fixtures that reduced the strength of the flow to almost a trickle. Better fixtures use air pressure to reduce total flow while keeping the delivery pressure high so that the shower head is actually useable. If it takes 3x as long to shower, a 1.5x reduction in flow rate is nullified in terms of total water consumption.The most unpleasant thing in general though was the incredibly vile and strong scent of ammonia that permeated the hallway of the second floor where our unit was located. We couldnt escape it and it was nauseating.
