  : Check out time is fixed.Both times I stayed here, the cleaning lady was waiting outside the door with all her equipment at 11AM.This is an upstairs unit. The stairs are very narrow and steep, so not a good choice if that is an issue.The sounds from downstairs transmit upstairs.No local TV channels available. They want you to sign in for a trial of YouTubeTV. An air antenna could easily solve the problem.

  : The place was a beautiful apartment and very close to everything in the area that we wanted to see. Very easy to let ourselves in and a very spacious, comfy stay. Place provides you with all the bathroom and kitchen necessities you would need for the time being there which was very convenient.
  : On our second night staying at the apartment we had used the showers and turned the shower vents on as anyone would. After getting out of the shower both of our sleeping rooms and living room of the place was swarmed with flies and other bugs to the point we didn't get sleep that night there were so many in the place swarming us. There was hundreds in the lights and crawling into the sheets of our covers on our beds. Neither of us had planned on being kept up til 6am with no sleep fighting off bugs at the place. Id recommend getting your vents checked out and or replaced because 1 or 2 bugs getting in thru them is normal but when it's hundreds in the vents coming in it becomes a problem and should be addressed so that other people don't have to go thru this as well.

  : This was an apartment, so no staff or amenities like gym or restaurant. Lovely and large. Very comfortable bed. Spotless! Great location in the Garden District just off Magazine Street.
  : Only drawback - no windows in the living room, so unless you open the door to a balcony it was very dark, and it was too hot out to do that. So lights were on when we were there in the daytime. Other rooms were bright, though.

  : Decor, large kitchen, comfy king size bed. Location was perfect! Quiet.
  : Water drains slowly in the bathroom sink, bedroom needs a chest of drawers for clothing, kitchen needed skillets for our stay which were provided. A few other housekeeping issues but not enough to keep me from staying at their property again

  : The property was great and as spacious as the pictures let on. We loved the location in New Orleans because it was safe and within walking distance of the Irish Canal St. Patrick's Day Parade. Customer service was kind of helpful or at least more helpful than booking.com's customer service.
  : Although my actual stay was great, I had booked through a third party (booking.com) and one of my reservations was lost. I noticed this a little over a week before my stay and had spent countless hours on the phone with both Sonder at Delachaise's Customer Service and Booking.com's Customer Service and was pretty much a middle man and kept being sent back and forth between the two customer services being told that it was an issue with the other company. Overall, the issue was never solved so I ended up with only one reservation rather than two and was given false hope that this mishap was going to be fixed before my stay but was told the night before that nothing could be done. Moral of the story do not book using a third party which honestly I would not have known about Delachaise if it weren't for a third party so overall a great stay but a horrible booking experience.
