  : Innkeeper and housekeeper were both super sweet, breakfast was wonderful, WiFi was good. The garden and outdoor space are amazing--pictures don't do them justice. Room was very comfy and well furnished.
  : Shared bathroom could have been cleaner, especially after some guests wore shoes into the bathroom or left hair all over the sink and floor. We stayed for 5 nights but toilet and shower were not cleaned. We did notice that some rooms had private baths, so we'll try that arrangement next time.

  : Love the location only a few blocks from Frenchmen st. The outdoor hot tub and pool area is very beautiful and peaceful. Lots of lush plants and fountains. The breakfast was fair. The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. It’s street parking no fee. Would stay here again.
  : The only thing I found misleading was that our room said “private bathroom” so I was expecting it to be physically in our room. It was directly across the hall from the room which wasn’t that bad. Would have preferred a bathroom in the room. That is the only negative.

  : Breakfast was very nice. Great coffee and selection of other items. About a seven to eight minute walk from the French Quarter, and even shorter to Frenchman's Street if you like live music. The backyard with hot tub and pool was especially nice for some relaxation after a long day touring and walking around New Orleans. The neighborhood is quiet. When leaving this morning at 5 am (for an early flight back home), I only had to wait three minutes for an Uber.
  : The accommodations were great. One thing to be aware of is that the sidewalks in the French Quarter and surrounding areas are rather rough, so you have to be careful as you walk. But, really, that is no different from many other big cities, especially ones that are as old and historic as New Orleans.

  : The staff greeted me on arrival and gave a tour of the property, which was nice. It was also nice to have breakfast at the property. All the amenities I needed had been thought of and the backyards and grounds landscaping was top notch!!The owner is always available, if needed. It is a well run property, Ed is certainly a Pro!!
