  : Location of hotel was the only excellent thing about this property.They did supply an extension cord on request. Room was relatively clean, but more could be done.The free coffee in the morning helped my sanity.
  : The bed was a King - that was very soft and dipped on either side of the ridge down the middle.The bathroom was tiny. The sink leaked water over the floor.The staff were apathetic to the needs of the customers. From the time we walked into the property - with staff more concerned with their personal cell phone, over the customer's need for assistance.Many mention Adam - who agreeably was amazing with customer service - until a customer was out of earshot, (while other customers were in the foyer he would speak badly about those he served).We were lucky not to have a room upstairs - the staircase was very narrow -only as wide as a suitcase and I watched as customers had to drag their suitcases behind them.Our room was only made up once in our 6 night stay. Room service would sometimes knock on our door asking what we needed, but then would not supply the requested items (ie fresh towels, toilet paper and tissues). A further request was made at reception and ignored, before a 3rd request was made late at night and finally supplied.Promotion on this property shows the lovely courtyard, which is nice, until after midnight when groups of people may choose to gather there to talk - it gets very loud. Instead of staff sitting behind reception playing on their cell phones, I would suggest they perform some dusting duties and make the place more appealing.
