  : Room dirty, blond hairs on floor (Im a brunette) moved tables next to bed looking for plugs and dead bugs and dirt/dust everywhere, said non-smoking but cigarette burns on the tub rims smelled like smoke & sewage, sloppy painting.

  : I booked online for a king size for $85. Once I arrived at the property the man came out and asked for my ID after that I filled the card out he asked me if I wanted to smoking room I said yes if you have one available if not then don't worry about it. The man proceeds to slam my car down and tell me to get that he does not have anywhere for me to stay being very very obnoxious and rude!!!!!! I had to get a double bed and was charged $96 because he said that he smelled cigarette smoke of course my passenger was standing outside of the car beside the building smoking a cigarette and that was my only choice. If I didn't take it I didn't have a room to go on!!! So basically because he smelled cigarette smoke he decided to put me in a different room!!!! Not what I had booked online and not for the price that I was supposed to pay!!!!!! Then 20 minutes till 11:00 check out time. He came banging on the door!!!! I called him and told him I did not appreciate that he was very rude last night when I checked in and it was very rude for him to do that and he has threatened to call the police on me!!! I mean the room is dirty the floor is dirty the washcloth is black as can be they are very rude I was very overcharged and not to mention is not worth the money and the man that works is just plain rude go somewhere else do not come here

  : Staff is very friendly and helpful, replied to messages sent about stay promptly, room was clean, only 20 minutes to Loretta Lynns ranch, property is a bit dated on the outside but in good condition
