  : The pool area, Turkish bath and massage.
  : The lady that greeted us was not friendly. She showed us around in a hurry and ready to leave us. We asked her about English Channel on TV, she said we will find some, and that was not true. Not English channels.

  : Grand property, finished immaculately. Great sized rooms with bath and powerful shower. The gym is fine, lovely swimming pool and great spa
  : Location, its outside of the main city and far from Goreme which the balloon flights are taken.

  : I actually did not end up spending the night or even seeing the room. Im sure the other reviews may speak to the hotel but i went at 1230, they made me sign and took copies of my passport and then said the room would not be ready till 2.. so i went to the actual cappadocia and never came back...
  : The Kapadokya hill and spa is actually 30 minutes from the real gorome/cappadocia experience , this should be stated in bold. I think that is misrepresenting the experience that one goes to get when one travels to cappadocia. You cannot see the baloons from this distance. There should be pictures of the outside of the building because this truly is not one of the cave resorts that cappadocia is so famous for. Trying to find a last minute hotel in cappadocia and forfeiting the booking money was painful and expensive..

  : The theme for the rooms and the Spa was great.
  : Firstly, we arrived to the hotel and were surprised to see that it was on a highway away from the touristy areas. We proceeded to see our room and noticed that the showerhead was broken, we showered anyways due to long day in traveling and went to sleep and apparently the gauge for the sauna was busted and we woke up almost suffocating as the room was an oven due to the sauna being on all night! We then proceeded to complain to the reception where they offered us a different room but we booked this one as it is what we wanted. After fixing the sauna, we realized that the fridge wasn't working. We later slept that night to also have an issue where the AC kept switching off due to a timer which even the staff couldn't shut off. This proceeded in us missing two days of morning activities due to us being unable to sleep due to the heat. We complained to the staff and were promised a 50% refund for our stay as for those three nights we literally had our vacation ruined. Up till today we haven't received our refund and the staff stopped answering us on whatsapp. I am really disappointed with the service I have received especially after giving the hotel a couple of chances to make up for their incompetence to maintain a 5 star hotel attitude and atmosphere.

  : The room was amazing (like on the pictures), and the indoor pool and its ambient was amazing as well.
  : The advertisement of the hotels location is simply fake. You do not see any hot air baloons from this hotel, neither in this valley where hotel is located. Only thing that we saw from our room was a highway 20m from the hotel and noise from cars driving on it. When we came to hotel we did check in around 11pm and were told that our baggage will be delivered to our room emediately (because we (me and my girlfriend) were exhausted and just want to go to bed), but we waited for our baggage for at least 20 minutes. The next thing was free wifi, which did not work till early in the morning (they said that it takes time to register...), but okay. We had free breakfast and it was okay, nothing special, and normally we ordered 2 cups of coffee ( Iam going to tell you the reason why I mentioned coffee later). Because there was nothing to do, we made a reservation for hotels spa (sauna, salt room and finish sauna). Unfortunatelly, tha sauna was not working (the temperature in the sauna was just 35 degrees, when it should be at least 65-90 degrees, and when I told the problem to the woman working at the spa`s reception, she just told me that they are waiting for guys to repair the sauna and that sometimes its working and sometimes not. I booked 2 nights at this hotel, but decided to leave after 1 night because all of these things written above (we came to Cappadocia to see Hot air baloons and its scenery, not to look on a highway). At the reception we told them about our problem and asked if it is maybe possible to get refund for 1 night but they strictly said that this is not possible and that`s it. We did check out around 10-11am and before we did, they want to charge us for 2 coffee that we drank at breakfast (but the breaksfast was included for free) and I told them that I will not pay for them because it is not fair. Last thing is that after we checked out, booking informed us that we did not showed at the propery and that my card was declined, but I already paid them..

  : The place was very traditional and good. Amazing food and friendly staff. The location is far from the center and it takes 20 minutes at least to go to the center
  : The bathrobes were either not clean or kept for a long time. Our bodies started itching as soon as we wore it though we have no allergies at all

  : I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the staff were unprofessional and uninterested in providing good service.The hotel's amenities were equally disappointing. The advertised "continental breakfast" was nothing more than stale pastries and weak coffee.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service,, and lackluster amenities made for a highly unpleasant stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel is far from all other areas.
