Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Ferienhaus mit Kamin & Sauna Ostsee-Südstrand in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
After booking, you will be asked to make the advance payment immediately. TRAVANTO Ferienwohnungen GmbH will contact you with further instructions. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Sofortuberweisung or Google/Apple Pay.
