  : The room itself was in good enough condition (except for a badly conceiled large water stain at the ceiling), the bathroom excellent (although a bit small), the room had a refrigerator with excellent water, and a nice table with comfy chairs.
  : At check-in no one verified whether we were COVID-immunized, or our IDs, and none of the staff wore masks, and that although Neustadt had the highest Covid-rate in Germany just a couple of weeks ago. Getting to our room on the second floor was pretty hard for anyone with mobility issues, but the worst was the totally unacceptable view from the two windows of our room (room 3; you just get to stare at a very near, new, and very high concrete wall of a construction site), combined with the really intolerably loud construction noise from 7AM until 6PM at night. It is completely impossible to rest, sleep or even hear each other talk with this noise going on incessantly during this time frame. We were very surprised that there was no notice on the hotel website about the extreme construction noise or the completely lost view, and that the hotel rate for the rooms at this side of the hotel werent offered at at least half-rate, or even lower, due to this - forseeable - poor experience.

  : Locations is in the center. There is a cheap parking place 200m away from the hotel. Even it is a historical building, the bathroom is fully renovated and really clean.

  : Very comfortable for a antique hotel. Modern bath, comfortable bed, along with time sensitive furnishes and a spectacular view of courtyard.

  : The location couldnt be more central - and extremely convenient if you want to combine accommodation and fine dining (Urgestein - 1 Michelin star with excellent wine card) under one roof. Breakfast to be chosen the evening before but very good price-quality/choices. Public parking very close by
  : Didnt like would be exaggerated - but people should be aware that there is neither a lift nor an A/C (not in the room we had) However, the fan inside the room was providing cooler air which was good during the warm night.
