  : Getting new key cards from the automatic machine is awesome.I love the room setting is has everything to microwave.. the building itself looks like a motel but inside it's a 5 star budget hotel. Excellent.Love the Aircon and air cleaner. Love that is also has doors/window to open..Love that is next to a pizza place, a walking distance to Netto (groceries shop), also has ATM and next to gas station and a super close bus stops to Bad Hersfeld downtown (Banhof)
  : Everything is great except because we are new to the technology we didn't know if everything was self serviced etc. No explanation from the accommodation application (I don't think). The bathroom is clean and neat however the shower space/floor is very slippery. But all around is a 9/10. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable to use. Thanks for the bolsters great for Asian guests.

  : The location of the building was on a busy road but we did not hear any noise.
  : This business uses an on line check in. There was no person there to check us in. It had to be done on line. One of the questions was poorly worded, as a result we could not get into our room and there was no one there to help. After telephoning and getting some help we were able to get electronic keys from the sign in computer but then we discovered that the room did not have a refrigerator as promised. Then we made more phone calls and eventually we were given another room. All in all it took us three hours to get into our room. Poor management. I cannot recommend this place.

  : Close to the A7 motorway, the hotel was perfect for a short layover. We sadly didn't have time to look around the city, but from the French balcony it looked historic and nice and you could hear the murmur of the brook nearby. The room was equipped with all that you need for a stay, even a Dyson ventilator for warm days. The baker in the building plus the gas station next to the hotel, made it very convenient as a pitstop.
  : The check-in process was rather slow due to all the information that needed to be added on the self-check-in machine. Something extra would be the potential to stream from our own mobile device, as the tv primarily had channels without subtitles. Despite that it was modern and well equipped.
