  : As mentioned in the title, money was stolen from our locked room during breakfast. Just like another customer stated in a review left on August 7th. The only response we ever got from the owner regarding this incident, was the response to our review you see in the second screenshot. They stated to 'have been shocked' by this matter, and that they subsequently fired the person they believed to be responsible for the theft. This response was public, to save face and nothing more. We did not receive any personal response, or even a "sorry". Just a public response to a review, claiming that they fired someone to "re-establish a trustworthy environment". I have been trying for over a month to reach out to the owner, as I would like to have a refund for my one night stay. We have lost a lot of money from theft during said one night stay, and I'm only asking for a refund for the price we paid for the room, which is only a fraction of what we lost in total. I'm sure that's not too much to ask given the circumstances. The fact that the owner confirmed that there may have indeed been an untrustworthy employee who stole from a number of different guests in the same period, would lead you to believe that they would be understanding enough and would offer us some sort of financial reimbursement. Yet I haven't even received a response from the owner. No refund, but even more shameful, not even an apology. I know it's not the owner who stole the money from me, and I'm sure it's no fun having to deal with untrustworthy employees. But the one thing I cannot understand, is how he does not even bother responding to my messages. As shocked as he claims to be, I'm sure you can imagine we were just as shocked being a victim of theft. Since the only way we got the owner to respond was by leaving a review, I am once again trying to have them respond by editing the review. Please reach out in person. Thank you.

  : Nice atmosphere, very nice staff, we could even take our bikes inside.
  : Room is not soundproof at all, our neighbor started to shower at 3 am which woke us up.
