  : Nice hotel with wonderful garden inside.Three swimming pools attracts with the first sight.All of them are clean and filtrated. Free breakfasts were quite good ,but offering the instant coffee is awful.Anyway you can get the non-instant from the bar by cash. Skilful and conscientiousness receptionists are really helpful especially in great need.

  : A little more variety with the breakfast buffet would be good. But the food available was nice.
  : Gardens could of been a little better maintained and it's a shame the crazy golf was broken and in disrepair.

  : The communal areas are really great, especially the pools which are big and rarely busy with lots of sunloungers. The reception is very grand and we liked the ancient god theme and statues. The location of the hotel is actually Ravda, which is below Nesebar, although the 2 are pretty much joined together. We liked the location and much preferred it to Sunny Beach and there were lots of restaurants and a bus stop close by.
  : The decor of our apartment was at odds to the communal areas and clearly someone's home- with children's stickers over furniture and Marilyn Monroe plates on the wall etc . It predominantly was painted purple and was very much like an air b nb not the hotel that we presumed we were booking. Outside on one of our balconies was a large broken seat and the room was only cleaned once. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and often with staff who were grumpy. One lady however who was there on the weekdays, was very helpful despite her lack of English. The local beach is small and not great sand and extremely busy with it hard to find a space. Much of it was paid only but it was close by to the complex.At the end of our stay, the drains in our apartment really smelt. We have stayed in Bulgaria numerous times and never had this problem before. As we are a family of 5, one of our children slept on a sofa bed which kept separating and waking them in the night. The air conditioning controls were in Chinese with no instructions and often you could smell cigarette smoke- concerning with asthmatic children.

  : Its a beautiful place for a holiday! Great pools and gardens! Food was very good too!

  : There are a lot of facilities (gym, spa, tennis field, etc). The pool area and the garden are the best part.
  : The beds are very uncomfortable. The reception desk staff seemed a bit unprepared. When we arrived we could not find the room, together with the receptionist, and we had to take a second tour of the property.
