  : Great location very close to the beach and not far from the centre. All reasonable walking distance with a few short steep hills. We loved how private this property felt, with only four rooms. The pool was great, and loved how they provided beach umbrellas for use.Beds were comfortable and aircon was really good (which is a big win in the Nerja summer)We absolutely loved the terrace in the junior suite too
  : Nothing we didnt like other than it was really inconvenient not having a fridge in the room, would take this property from a 9 to a 10 if they had a mini fridge for the room.The pool could also use some maintenance as the tiles were falling off but other than that it was amazing!

  : The location is very near the beach (walking distance) so it's perfect for a beach vacation.Staff very friendly.Other than that, everything is great : clean not too large a room but large enough.Breakfast what you'd expect, they even had lactose free milk! :-)

  : The property is located approximately a 50 min car journey from the airport. Its a lovely little villa and perfect for a couple nights stay. We didnt arrive to the villa until 6pm so there wasnt anyone to meet us, however they messaged me giving very clear instructions about how to gain access to the property and to our room which was great. Our room was nice- albeit the bathroom door made an horrendous noise when we opened and closed it. It scraped along the floor so each time we had to lift the door up as we opened and closed it. The electricity tripped out a couple of times when we there too meaning the air con was off and couldnt use the hair dryer. Not a deal breaker but a little annoying. There is no fridges in the room which would have been a nice little touch. The swimming pool is nice and refreshing and theres a couple of sun loungers around it so nice option to relax there if needed. However there are a couple of tiles missing from the pool and one of the sun loungers was in need of repair. We stayed 3 nights and during this time our towels and bedding werent changed. I guess its not a hotel so cant expect this but didnt know how to get them changed, as we would have liked fresh towels by day 3. All that said- it is a nice place to stay and a few little tweaks here and there and it would make it excellent. And to finally note it is located on a very steep hill so not accessible for a lot of people.

  : The property was lovely and in a nice area. Mikaela was exceptionally helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and there was lots of choice.
  : It didnt really matter to us as we only stayed for one night, however the walk into the Balcon de Europa was approximately a 15-20 minute walk away which may be too much for some. Im sure most people would be fine with this.

  : Breakfast was good including scrambled or fried eggs if requested. On street parking was easy.
  : Self check in was fine but, other than the young woman who came in the morning to set out breakfast, we never saw any staff. Stairs are steep and a challenge with bags. Room was cramped and not comfortable. Cleanliness was poor, especially bathroom. Bathroom was not functional and lighting was poor. Room was not refreshed. Bath gel was inadequate for one day more less two. Breakfast only available 9:30-11:00.

  : Beautifully decorated rooms, tasty breakfast, great bathroom, very close to a quieter beach, nice balconies and swimming pool area. Check in instructions very clear. Convenient having access to our room directly from the street.
  : If breakfast could start a bit earlier that'd be great, but we still managed to do everything we wanted to in Nerja.

  : We couldnt stay in the room as its located via 50 stairs up to the property and then down to the room The description for accessibility says ground floor which it is NOT Its a basement room The property REFUSED ANY REFUND despite us explaining my husband could not manage the stairs They didnt have to pay for the room to be cleaned , bedding laundered or provide breakfast we had paid for Yet still they refused to refund us anything and have Ben very dismissive simply saying sorry we couldnt meet your expectations my expectations arent high I just expected the room that is advertised under the accessibility tab as being entirely in the ground floor to be just that It was not ! Owners uncooperative unhelpful and dismissive The property however is lovely were sad we could t stay
