  : Well stocked kitchen- everything you could possibly need- sharp knives, full size oven/fridge, pans, dishes, crockery, glasses etcThe view from the terrace- just wow!Comfy beds and sofa bed (it was one with a proper mattress)The swimming pool complex - just a minutes walk from apartment with a fantastic pool/ bars/restaurants/small supermarket and ATMAir conditioning in every room2 bathrooms- layout perfect for 2 couples as well as familiesThe urbanisation of San Juan de Capistrano is very well kept with beautiful gardens/flowers and a maze of paths to explore. Also historic watch tower you can wander to the top of for 360 views
  : Couple of loose floor tiles (like that squeaky floorboard u always step on at home)Some crockery was chippedThe bottom end of sofa bed didn't feel like it could take much weight on it as slips on the tiled floor (I slept across the top instead but couldn't do that if 2 of u)Property not suitable for those who struggle with steps as access is via them
