  : We liked the location a lot, easy down town and to Burriana. The space, kitchen, balcony was all excellent. The parking facilities were excellent. And having AC.
  : We did not like the fact that no other guests in the building were paying attention to the hours of siesta and being quiet during thoss hours is advertised by the pool. In a residential neighbourhood it is disrespectful to the locals and to others, like us, who are very familiar with the culture of siesta. The Menyber staff vans constantly blocking the road is off putting and should really be reorganised. Collecting and returning keys for Aguamarinas should be facilitated on Calke Bella Vista through the hotel or Hostel there. However, despite these minor issues it is a wonderful place to stay.

  : The apartment was in a good location, about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and two nearby local beaches. It was well equipped and modern with two bathrooms/showers (with a good constant hot water boiler/supply) and very comfortable for our stay. The wifi was also good. The apartment overlooked a shared pool which has recently been refurbished and (except for one day when the filter broke) was also very good there was a sun lounger and deck chair available to use at the pool. There was a garden area alongside the pool which was perfect for relaxing.
  : This is nothing to do with the actual apartment (which was very good). BUT, if you need to access the property in a vehicle, either a rental car or a taxi, the public road (C. Bella Vista) leading to the apartment was constantly blocked with MENYBER service vehicles. The company has a large laundry on the road and their staff just parked their vehicles in the middle of the street and left them with the engines running while collecting or dropping off towels etc. Sometimes there were 8 vehicles parked in the street at the same time. So access was very difficult during the daytime period. On arrival, our taxi had to leave my family at the end of the road because of this so we had about a 200M walk to the apartment with 4 suitcases and 4 backpacks. We also had a couple of other taxi journeys with the same issue and a supermarket delivery where the delivery man also had to park the vehicle at the end of the street and carry our delivery to the apartment (and carrying frozen and chilled products any distance in 35c heat is not good). It may not be an issue if you are on foot but it is definitely worth considering if you need vehicle access.

  : There wasn't any sunloungers to use at the pool. Other apartments in the building tended to have more sunloungers available to their guests as this seems to be provided by the owner.

  : The location was good, comfortable settees and beds, large balcony with sun for most of the day, showers good, excellent free wi-fi. The ability to leave the keys in the apartment on departure rather than return to the Menyber shop on the other side of town - this was by special arrangement with the shop, rather than the documented instruction.
  : The light in the kitchen was particularly poor over the sink area when dark outside, the tv screen size was more appropriate to a computer screen than as a lounge tv, the low and heavy light over the dining table is dangerous to people as they stand up. The key collection process was only convenient because we used the recommended airport taxi service (who brought the key), otherwise the collection point, on the other side of town, would have been most inconvenient.
