  : Now I know the place where not to come back. Due to the lack of sound proof I could hear sea at night (that was really positive thing).
  : The hotel does not match description and rating. I booked it because I was simply mislead by the description. Hotel is located on the crossroad of mid intensive traffic (in Nazar standards). I would strongly recommend to walk around the hotel using google maps street view. The first impression after entering the room was: smell of the mold, worn off bedding (after going to bed I realized that it was also with a smell of mold). I don't write negative reviews in case a room is just OK, but Residencia Praia Norte lacked simple hygiene - attached pictures indicate how clean was the toilet and amount of mold on a side of the closet. Mold was present everywhere and it was even senseless to tell about it as the room is in definite need of complete repairs and refurbishment. Real situation on presented facilities and descriptions (taken from description of the booked room): -Hypoallergenic: this one is the worst statement as the room was quite moldy (walls, closets, bathroom) and I must say that even without having allergies it is dangerous to stay in such room for a longer period of time... For hotel cleaners - bleach is quite effective, however renovation would be more realistic and better solution; -Soundproofing: zero... One can even clearly hear what is going on in a neighbor's toilet.... Since the hotel is located on the crossroad it is not possible to get a quiet moment in the room, it would be a nightmare for light sleepers; -Sea view: in reality it was a street view which was going to the beach, though it was possible to spot horizon of the sea through the trees and buildings in the surroundings; -Garden and mountain views: I couldn't find a place called garden, only couple of table under pine trees, obviously no mountains; -Kitchenette: cooker was not present. It was not filthy, but not very clean either; -Linen and towels: worn of, with stains...
