  : Breakfast was really nice! Many choices of fruits and seeds. Dinner in Corona time was one option, no menu, but it was obvious that it was of a high restaurant quality, very nice meals.
  : There are three steam saunas, but they all were working in short cycles, so it was quickly cold and not enough steam. Other saunas were great and in general spa area is very nice!

  : The room was spacey, sparkling clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
  : Measurements to avoid the spread of the corona virus were not handled very well. The dining and breakfast room was packed with people.... tables were less than half a metre apart. At the breakfast buffet were no gloves available and nobody used anti-septics. The spa was used by people not staying at the hotel...

  : Breakfast was ok according to usual standards and given the price paid Location of hotel and parking is good on the way back from Aletsch Arena
  : Everything is very old inside the building, furniture is very old and oldfashioned, bed are not comfortable to sleep on and the access to the shower in the bathroom could be hard for elder people. At least it was clean. As a client from Booking you have only access to a 50% reduction to the SPA access, for which price is the highest I've ever seen in Switzerland. Moreover there is a distinction between the SPA (saunas) and the swimming pool... And if you want to access both it's even more expensive... I do not recommand to choose this hotel for the SPA, despite the fact it is mentionned in the title it is clearly missleading.

  : The hotel doesn't correspond to a 4-star hotel. Also, if you book through booking you pay more expensive and don't even have free accs to the spa. Apparently, it's written somewhere on their website. Not very friendly staff. The room looks bigger on the photo than it actually is.

  : Nice hotel, with very nice spa facilities and very welcoming staff. We had new year's eve dinner at the hotel and food was very good (and nicely presented). Breakfast, continental type, with high variety of dishes and also of good quality. Overall a very nice experience!
