  : first of all you guys charge a parking fee to park your car at the hotel. i was asked what am i doing weith my vehicle, what in the hell would you like me to do with it and then charge me 19dollars to park.. the night before i got to the hotel 7 cars were broken into and glass smashed so what does the parking fee pay for SCAM!@!!! Secondly a birthday party was going on there and ten to 12 people in a room and also 15 kids in the pool but im only allowed 2 people in my room hmmm wonder how rules change for different people.?????? Doors were knocked on all night by kids running thru the halls and i actually thought me n my family was staying for a good nights rest.

  : The cleanliness of the room was great.
  : The elevator was down for a day and we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs with our room being on the third floor. We came down for breakfast, both mornings we were staying, no milk both mornings, very little breakfast amenities. No cream for the coffee. I would not recommend staying at this facility with other suite properties. WE would have stayed at Home2 Suites had there been the availability.

  : From the moment we checked in, the staff were so welcoming and ready with recommendations for dinner. The suite was good sized and came with a nice little kitchenette, desk and sofa bed. Nice size bathroom with separate vanity, strong, hot shower with bathtub. The hotel and room was very very clean, modern decor and very comfortable. The pool was perfect and not too deep so my daughter could play freely. The property was easy to get to, close to highway and downtown and still very quiet.
  : The breakfast was basic and lacked fresh fruit and the juice machine wasnt working. The two televisions were very close so sometimes the remote accidentally turned on and off the wrong one. The pool was very brisk temperature wise! But honestly I am really reaching to find any criticism.

  : The room bathroom was not cleaned. When I checked into my room, there was a used coffee bag in the toilet. The room was old with a very loud A/C unit and low lighting at night.

  : Shower needs a new shower head. Room 212 Elevator was being worked on. Before that my son was stuck inside it. Online info said there was a hot tub (a week prior). We were expecting a hot tub and disappointed that there wasnt one.
