  : Very outdated carpets in the hallway were coming up and lumpy. The elevators sounded like they were going to break everytime you got into them. Parking prices were ridiculous.

  : The location for the hotel was convenient as it was close to lots of restaurants and within walking distance of just about any attraction you would want to see. The room was comfortable enough. It did have breakfast, and housekeeping made the bed and took out the trash every day. The room had big windows and a full size fridge.
  : The hotel was very dated. The carpets were coming up and caused a significant trip hazard, the breakfast was never stocked, and the people who were trying to stock it didn’t speak enough English to be able to communicate with the guests to let them know whether they had enough food in the back they were constantly running out of things. The hotel was very dingy. It definitely needed serious makeover lots of dings in the wall and scuff marks there was very low water pressure. The suite we stayed in was clean enough, but the corners and the carpet were pretty filthy. There was dust bunnies, hair and food crumbs under the sofa and behind the bed , the rooms were very cold and they could not provide us with another blanket because they said they didn’t have any. The pool was also extremely small and very unclean in appearance. The toilet leaked constantly. It just really needed a huge update.

  : The night staff was extremely rude when we called to see why we did not get the room we booked. I booked a room with a king sized bed and a pull out, but received only a king sized bed. She immediately blamed it on booking.com and refused to help.

  : I like the fact that you could walk to pretty much all of the main touring attractions with about 1.5 miles.
  : I reserved a 2 queen room with a den and was given a king room instead. I asked why they wouldn't honor my original reservation and they told me since it was booked through a third party that they sold out when I arrived. Unacceptable!
