  : One towel smelled funky/used. Bed sheets smelled strange. Sheets also did not fit the bed correctly. Blinds were stuck in the closed position all trip. Wifi was not reliable.

  : We loved the cleanliness of the room, the cost (as compared to other hotels, and the available coffee/camera, and other nice to haves.
  : Most of the nights it was quiet in the hotel and we didnt even know if there were other guests, but the last night there was a group of people that were very loud above and around us. They didnt stop making noise until about 2 in the morning. We felt the walls were pretty thin and we were able to hear just about everything. The provided ear plugs tipped us off to that problem.

  : The window screens let in light in the room that directly came in to where I was sleeping.

  : The building was very quiet!!! The building was very clean! The beds were VERY comfortable - we slept well every night!!! We appreciated the water machine on the main floor!
  : The emails and being on hold for over 8 Minutes were not efficient for us. Human contact is a NICE thing - even in todays technology and Co-VId world! The customer service person was very friendly when she finally answered the phone. We stayed 4 nights - there were two wash clothes and 2 hand towels in the room for 4 days. Some awareness to how long your guests are staying makes sense - especially since there isnt a staff person on sight at the property. We are use to support being available - just a phone call away! I called for a new filter on the A/C - the current one was VERY dirty and had a June date on it . It was overdue for changing out!!! They came the next day and replaced the filter and left 4 more wash clothes - however they didnt pick up all the damp used towels. I hung those back up so they wouldnt sit on the floor for 2 more days and get mold on them - from the intense humidity!!! Common sense isnt always common!!!
