  : Location and surroundings
  : Floors are plain and cold with no carpet, not enough outlets for electronic recharging (had to search), no available water in the rooms or refill stations on the property - for hot or cold- people need to hydrate. Took over an hour to check in. Slow computers, slow and distracted staff member. Pleasant but after a while it is ridiculous.

  : Location, surrounding grounds are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.
  : No curtains only blinds, didn't keep the early morning sun out. Also, the refrigerator sat on the ground. Would have been nice to table or counter. Sorry being nitpicking.

  : Room was on second floor and close to the trails.
  : The room was clean but extremely dated and barely any light with a lamp. The ceiling in the entrance of the room was peeling, and the drywall was also in the bathroom. Our room was hot when we arrived 75 degrees with 80's + degrees outside. It took a long time for our room to get to 70 degrees. The beds were stiff. The toilet once used would continue to run, and we had to wait 45 minutes to use it again. Thankfully, they have other public bathrooms around the corner from our room to use. We also were not told our meals were going to be $25.00 per person for a buffet. We were told they had a restaurant when booking, but that was not true. The pool has very limited seating, so many guests were standing and waiting for over 30 minutes for a seat or place to put their belongings. Not what we expected for a pool to not have any extra seating stored in other areas to be brought out.

  : Rooms were clean and comfortable,aquatic center was much nicer than most hotel pools. We liked the lounge areas for playing games and visiting.The Park is beautiful and close to downtown Nashville.
  : The Wi-Fi reception was not the best

  : Rooms are very very small, needs upgrades, need more cabins, don't offer food , the restaurant was outrageous, 24.99 for buffet! That was way over priced! Tub was Clogged, Refrigerator was freezed the t v was so small.
