  : Easy acces, good customer service, even late at night.

  : We were unable to stay in the accommodation they offered us. The photograph on Booking.com of the room we booked was very different from the room they offered us.
  : We had booked a nice, not inexpensive twin room on Booking.com at this hotel. When we arrived they said they were full except for the colourless, dark and basic room shown below. When we asked to see another room, we were shown the same type. We were unable to speak to anyone except the young receptionist who was herself as helpful as possible. We didnt stay there, we went to another hotel and we are still waiting for this hotel to refund us, which the receptionist that night and the manager, Anika, who we spoke to next day, assured us that she would do. This Thon Hotel partner should be avoided.

  : The location is great if you visit Narvik for skiing but a bit off if you want to find a restaurant. Close to a couple of supermarkets.
  : Some of the reception staff seemed more interested in their phones than paying attention to their guests. The dinner option is not really any option, they have one dish, take it or leave it!
