  : Central location. Watching pedestrians on busy Toledo street
  : Unfriendly staff. Unhelpful staff. Noise level beyond what one can bare even with earplugs.NOISEOf course I expected some noise, and it wasn't bothering me during the day, but at night people get very loud in the street after a few drinks, then you have one super noisy truck for garbage collection, and another one later one for cleaning I guess. Hence, I have barely slept for 3 nights, let alone that there is a huge renovation going on a few meters from the flat that start very early in the morning).UNFRIENDLY/UNHELPFUL STAFFI asked for wine glasses, and was told rudely to go buy some myself. (I have to say that this reply was rather unusual to me, not even a "sorry we can't provide any, but we hope you still enjoy your stay").After I complained that asking for 2 wine glasses wasn't a big ask, I was eventually told that "sorry we only have water glasses". Okay.....We had NO WIFI for 2 days out of 3. I complained about this, as did another client, but nothing was done about it.When you need help, no one is here at all during the weekend. Moreover, you can't reach anyone because WIFI is down.The staff came into my room, and put a post-it on a mirror reminding me that I still had not paid 5 EUR missing for city taxes although the lady had told me I could leave it on the table at anytime during my stayI was reminded to send my partner's passport via whatsap 2 hours after I arrived although partner would only arrive the next day.So very very unpleasant attitude from an unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

  : My mom was being hospitalized and the location was 15min walk to the hospital. Is on the main shopping strip. Safe and inviting.
  : . Just a bit costly for me. Being on the main street was noisy . There were people out at all hours. The trash truck comes by at wee hours of the morning. I enjoy fresh air, but it got so loud at times that I had to close them. But I enjoyed my stay. Under different circumstances I would stay again. MY MOM PASSES WHILE I WAS HERE.

  : very colourfull and spacious! good view on very busy Via Toledo, with all the windows the appartement is sunny and opengood beds!central location!
  : it is a very noisy spot in the middle of the shopping street; there is no normal chair in the appartement. you have to sit on the bed or on high stools. the appartement is rather expensive and then it is missing things like scissors. although you have to use a password the wifi is an unsafe connection and my laptop didnt connect. the tv was outdated (no internet connection possible, bring your own chromecast if you want to stream).

  : Great location to experience real character of Naples. In city centre.
  : When we arrived. Keys given to us by security guard and no information about rooms/location. Very difficult to charge phones in rooms. Wall adaptors not working great but we managed to use reception for this. Staff very helpful despite our language barrier. Quiet room despite central location. Very clean/comfy/loads of towels. Breakfast at nearby coffee shop lovely.

  : Very clean, an amazing location & comfortable room. I really like the design and the overall offers.
  : The only small issue has been the noise in the room, not sure where it was coming from, but this was the the only thing.

  : Room and location were great. Spacious and clean, easy to walk to lots of interesting things and the metro.
  : The gate to the building was locked and no directions were given in advance about how to contact them through the gate. This was very stressful way to arrive in the rain and not know how to get in. Key that was given for the gate at check in did not work, so we had to buzz the doorman every time to get in, which was also stressful to figure out at first because I was expecting the key to work. We also were not given enough toilet paper to last through the first night and there was no one there to give us any.

  : Owner have very bad attitude Angry any question we askWindow not seal the noise at night Internet is the worst!!!!Every 30 minutes in average You need to to connect again and again .Soap and shampoo is very chip make your skin dryAir condition make a lot of noise Small room is extremely small not worth the money!And the breakfast is one coffee one bakery thats it!!!!
