  : Well found out the property I booked actually pool is not working and the staff informed me when I already got there, so I had to drive half an hour far to get different location with different property. Also the staff who gave me the different location option kept the same amount of money but less bed room and less bathroom
  : I didn’t like this property because I had to force to like this property when last moment found out that pool is not working. After going to the second chosen property found out there was on going work and the workers pretty much blocked the half of the parking lot with metal stuff which is really hazardous to my car and family. After even talking to the staff Jasmine and one maintenance guy on the spot, they made me think that it’s last minute thing so they can’t do anything but they don’t mind to keep the same pricing option. Even though it is much smaller house with smaller bed and bathroom option and several things don’t work at the house. My question is after I spending so much money for only two nights why I have to sacrifice so much, it shouldn’t be matter when I book last minute or one month ahead when I pay full price for the property but getting worst service with negligent service
