  : Location was good and easy to find.
  : Arrived at the hotel and it was full of problems. Firstly one of the bedroom door handles was lose and it we had to leave it open as their was a risk of entrapment as everytime you tried to open the door the handle came off. Some of the skirting boards were chipped/broken and had sharp edges which if you caught your foot on wouldn't be pleasant. There was random 'junk' lying in the cupboard. However the worst part of the apartment was the shower. The showerhead was broken and water was not coming out of it properly. The toilet wasn't flushing which meant after using it there was still leftovers, lets say, remaining in the toilet. The toilet seat was also broken so it would move side to side when you sat on it. I have attached pictures so hopefully this can demonstrate my experience. I contacted the hotel out of hours helpline who said they would send somebody round in the morning and I advised them that I was checking out at 10am (which is the check-out) time. The emergency number (WhatsApp) then proceeded to block me and made no further communication with myself. In the morning the main team contacted myself (once again via WhatsApp) at 8.23am (local time) and I replied straight away to state I was leaving at 10am. At which point they read the message and didn't respond back to myself. Nobody turned up to fix these issues nor did they attempt to arrange a time for these issues being fixed. I was then contacted at lunch time by them at which point I had already checked out and once again they didn't offer to send anybody to fix this and nor ask me if I would like to come back or offer me another location to stay at (as from my understanding they manage/own a number of apartments in Naples). I contacted Booking.com who were no help what so ever and stated as the hotel see no issues with the problems l reported they can't offer me a refund even though I had photo and video evidence of the issues.

  : The apartment is big.
  : It was impossible to sleep, there was a lot (really a lot) of noise from the street. The shower was broken and the air conditioning was not working in both bedrooms so it was cold during the night.Another thing less important is that there was no kettle in the apartment, not even a bag of tea nor coffee. In the entrance (living room) you can see the stain of dampness. It was not possible to check in a little bit earlier like 2 pm and the check out is already at 10:00 (too early)...

  : The location is perfect. Big apartment with enough space for a family ( we traveled with 3 small kids).
  : One shower didn't work, cleanliness could be better and it was very noisy by night.

Disappointing

  : Location is fab, right in the centre 15 min walk from port and 10 min walk from beach (a rock beach not a sand beach)
  : Ants, ants in both bathrooms, contacted staff and they came and sprayed ant killer but the ants were back again the next day. Incomplete kitchen, no tea towel, hand soap, dish soap scrubber, etc etc we had to buy bits to make it usable. Lastly the noise!!!!!!! I cant emphasis how loud the streets are at this property. We didnt get a good nights sleep any of our 5 nights here it was really awful. If your a night big this place is for you !

  : There are not windows in the living roomWe are a 7 persons family and only 5 places to seat No washing machineParking: the staff told us that there is a parking: Morelli - BE AWARE!!!When we arrived at the parking place, They told us that they have an agreement with the accomodation and price per day is 20 euros.But, when we leave early in the morning, they took 45 euros per day!!! when I asked some help from the accommodation to get a refund, they simply told me that they cant help bcz they have no agreement we left with very bad feelings
