: Great location to Historic area. Cute BNB. Not any street noise inside. Plenty of room for luggage in our room. Hosts were great and made sure we didnt need any thing while we were there. Gave great directions of where to walk and see things for our short time in the city. Breakfast was good, croissants and fruit.

: Service was great. Even stopped us on our way out to make sure we had a pastry for breakfast. Made several restaurant recommendations and was always available via Whatsapp instantly to answer questions. The cappuccino was awesome. The rooms was clean and comfortable.
: We thought we'd requested a reservation for parking, but there was none when we arrived at the parking garage. There was construction being done to the exterior of the building with scaffolding covering the entire side of the building that was noisy. When we asked about this were told that it had been ongoing for 20 days already. We thought we should have been told about this. Also, the bathroom was VERY small.

: Everything was clean, and the bathroom was recently renovated.
: I don't understand the great reviews. This place was spartan. The first place we've stayed in 20 years where there was no place to put a suitcase- not even the usual folding luggage stool. We had to put our suitcase on the floor. There was no closet or wardrobe- you had to hang things in a steel frame rack that hadn't even been painted. Speaking of paint, everything looked like it just had a coat of white primer. Though English was advertised as a language, the hostess spoke almost none, and we had to resort to Google Translate. The listing stated a coffee maker was in the room- there was none. "Breakfast" was two pastries to be shared between two people, no selection, and limited to 8:30am to 10am, and I've never stayed anywhere that considered a folding chair to be appropriate.

: The property is very clean and newly refurbished. The main staff (Palita) who takes care of the breakfast is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Overall the team in charge (Luigi & Margherita) are helfpul too, they gave us recommendation on places, arranged for taxi to airport, found a way to keep our luggage in the afternoon before departure at no extra cost. The room was spacious enough for us (2 adults 1 child). We felt very welcome.
: Nothing the owner can do about it, but the area outside the hotel is not as pleasant as I thought it would be. I may have been mislead by the name "Palazzo" (which is the name of the building, but not at all a "palace" as we could think in English or in French, it is a residential building). And maybe it was also due to my lack of knowledge about Napoli, but there is a lot of garbage on the streets, it's a bit of shock given how clean the hotel is. Also, rooms can be relatively noisy at times (like when an alarm triggers in a car or in a flat nearby).
