Disappointing

  : The jacuzzi didn't work the first day (out of the two days we stayed) but the second day was really nice in the warm water. The bathroom was also a really nice size.The room is small but the beds are comfortable.There's a daily cleaning service; There are some really nice croissants for breakfast! The lady at breakfast was delightful and really helpful with recommendations!
  : 1. The property is 100% not on the first floor like they had mentioned to us. It's on the second floor of a very very very old building with high ceilings, so more number of stairs to climb than a regular second floor as well. 2. There is a late fee that they charged us, but there was no compensation given to us for the jacuzzi not working for which we paid for a premium room. 3. The building is not at all attractive, the dustbin is right at the entrance, the elevator can easily be fixed and used for guests but isn't.

  : La Bella Napoli B&B was perfect for our short stay in Naples. What set it apart was the excellent service we had while there.Ahead of time, La Bella Napoli accepted our late arrival for a small fee and reached out by WhatsApp on the day.Afterwards when we left our Amazon firestick behind, they went to the trouble of posting it back to us. While we were there, breakfasts were served with a smile.The location was very central and convenient to explore Naples or be picked up by the tour we did of Pompeii.The place felt like an authentic residence of Naples - a little place of calm in the bustle. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay.
  : We booked a bedroom with a jacuzzi and unfortunately it wasnt working but we were still able to use it as a bath.La Bella Napoli was up a few flights of stairs - there may have been a lift but I wouldnt have chanced it - so if accessibility is a concern I would double check.The breakfast, while tasty, was slightly basic due to the limited facilities there.

  : The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place was central to many museums, albeit on a very chaotic and busy street. They also offer a light breakfast with good coffee.
  : The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable and had squeaky mattress protectors on them, making a ton of noise every time you moved in bed. I would love if the breakfast included more savory, protein and whole fat options for breakfast.

  : We are not staying in B&B very often so I was very pleased that everything was perfectly organized by Sam. Excellent place of B&B in the center of Via Toledo, close to metro. House from the street does not look nice but inside is different world. Very nice breakfast served, comfortable room, every day cleaned and if we needed anything we always got help or advice. So we enjoyed very much our stay in Napoli. Thank you Sam.

  : There was a doule bed and confortable single bed which can be very useful for families with one kid. The position is in the historic center of Naples. The metro station is very close too.
  : The absence of shower curtain was a bit of stressful together with the control of the shower water temperature (in contrast if you preffere jakuzi it was large and seemed confortalbe).

  : We were very happy with our room and stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom great, all was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Fantastic location!
  : Our door opened directly into the breakfast room which was a bit annoying but all was ok in the end.

  : Great location. Walkable to a lot. The receptionist gave us man recommendations to do within walking distance. Only downside was its up three flights of stairs so people with large luggage its more difficult to manage. However, accommodations were great and location made it totally worth it. Me and my friend were leaving early and the receptionist made sure we got breakfast the night before to prep for our flight. Super sweet!
