  : The place is easy to find, the room a good size, modern and clean, aircon worked, the outlook into the Galleria very beautiful, breakfast, although in packages was perfectly ok - the typical and simple coffee and cornetto we had in all other places in Campania region. If you want more it is to be had just outside the door of the building...really! Excellent location. Do have a 10cent piece to put into the elevator between 8am-7pm...a throw-back to another era that we didn't mind because we always had a 10cent piece.
  : I am getting tired of this trend of having no human contact when "checking-in" to a place, having to rely on internet and data (that sometimes is not strong or available) for every bit of information. Others might like the anonymity, but I feel that a conversation with a person is much more satisfying and effective.

  : The location is excellent for visiting most of the historical sites and attractions in Naples. There is a metro station really close as well. The room was okay-not just like the photos, but close enough.
  : It was very noisy all day. Also I would expect more than just supermarket croissants when breakfast included. we had to ask for new towels because after 3 days they didnt change them and they also never changed the sheets in a 6 night stay

  : When we arrived, this was locked and the host did not answer the bell for almost 30 minutes to let us in. The picture on the booking is nowhere near the listing, there are no directions on how to get there. You can see the sign for the hotel, which was confusing and unclear. The door was old some bits could easily be broken off. I believe the host owns multiple properties across this floor of room, and our door was the only one that looked old and broken. All the other doors were modern and looked more secure. The keybox was where the keys were supposed to be collected but I was given the wrong combination was given to us. We had to contact the host for the correct one and he took a while to respond. There is a hole in the wall where we were told to drop of the payment for tourism tax. This was very strange. We did not see the host for the whole stay. Clearly he does not want to communicate as he wants any payment,etc to be through a hole in the wall. The door lock is old and the key gets stuck easily. We spent 10 minutes trying to use the key given to unlock the door. Very poor security. The wifi is not working. We tried over 10 times and it still did not work Breakfast is terrible. Cheap pastry and small childrens juice boxes. This is not the breakfast that was described on the listing. This was poor quality and cheap. Also, this was all that was given for 3 people for 5 days. The host never came round to supply more breakfast for us. So we had to go out and buy out own breakfast each morning. There were bird noises coming from what seemed like inside the property. The birds seemed like they were inside the room. This noise happened every morning very early (approximately 5am) and lasted for hours. Summary: a big con, do not book!

  : The location was amazing, few meters from piazza del plebiscito and right on top of the galleria
  : The house is not well maintained, the host was not responsive when we tried to call him as we had troubles to find the flat. The room was quite noisy at night because of construction works

  : Nothing was good about the property
  : It was very loud due to constant noise and works in the Galleria. There was no breakfast, only a few no brand croissants which was not possible to eat. There was no water in the fridge . Everything is rundown.The elevator worked seldomly. ( rooms located on 5th floor )
