  : Upon learning at check in of the unreasonable deposit request (more than the room itself, $350.00 additional deposit to the regular required amount and yes, I restated back to the woman what she had said to me and clarified, even asking the reason for such a demand) they cancelled my reservation without a fee/penalty.
  : I did not like how the property waited until check in to inform me (Booking didnt inform me either) that there is an ADDITIONAL $350 deposit required for residents of Collier County because Collier County residents like to trash the rooms and do things in them that they wouldnt do in their own homes. I was disgusted with this claim made by the front desk clerk and IF there is ANY truth to that, it is NOT an establishment I want my family staying at anyway because there are some things you CANNOT clean. I have never heard of such a policy here and being that they have one they should have made it known when I called several hours earlier to ask about their hours for check in, as my daughters plane was delayed and I wanted to be sure that we would be able to check her in. I have never been so openly judged before and did not realize that Collier Residents who drive nice trucks would be deemed as unsordid guests! Not to mention that the guests were two women, an infant and a toddler! I think our Sheriffs Department needs to do some investigation at this establishment, if myself and my family are suspect, as that sounds like sexual trafficking to me.

  : Was placed next to lobby and was kept up all night by loading trucks, then was moved to another room that was to be more quiet and there was an exit door located right outside our door that employees used the entire night, slamming the door non stop.
