  : Location was central. The receptionist did her best to solve problems but was poorly resourced by management.
  : It is on th 4th floor of an apartment building and is accessed by a tiny ancient lift. It was poorly maintained and not as clean as it could be. Dirty walls, stains on bed cover. Had to ask for pillow cases for the the 2 extra pillows. We had an electrical switch falling off of the wall next to the bed, posing an electrocution hazard. The shower rose was opposite the shower door and leaked water onto the bathroom floor and the rose holder was broken so that it kept falling down.Shower base was mouldy. I could see no fire alarms or sprinklers. There appeared to be no staff in occupation after about 9 pm.

  : The bed was extremely comfortable It was very clean
  : I think hotel and spa is quite misleading for the actual layout /facilities of the property. Its definitely a converted apartment floor, and the spa seems like a big wet room which you need to pay for. The location was quite difficult to find. That being said the room size was great, balcony was great and it was very clean. We had an issue with the keycard and were given a master key. Our door was knocked at 11pm to give us our original card back but it was quite disruptive because at that time we were already in our pyjamas and in bed.

  : I was charged extra 18e for second person although I placed the booking for two,As advertised when booking We had no Coffee or tea in the room, No extra toilet paper, not a full toilet paper roll but one that was already used 80%Broken shower, dirty bathroom that needs work done.

  : Location is good though definitely not "peaceful" despite being on the fourth floor! Room was a decent enough size for an overnight stay. We are able to leave our cases at reception for a couple of hours prior to check-in and a helpful cleaner volunteered the Wi-Fi code. The bed was large and comfortable and free use of the room safe was reassuring.
  : First impressions were good. The hotel is (unusually) located on the fourth floor of a lovely old apartment block, accessed by a small old-fashioned 'cage' lift (elevator) or stairs. (I chose the latter). The common areas were clean and presentable. Upon gaining access to the room we were impressed by the size and layout, unfortunately we were soon aware of an unpleasant odour from the bathroom. We eventually traced the smell to the drain in the shower tray which clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time - hair, grease & goodness knows what else. This was immediately brought to the attention of the receptionist who promptly went out of her way to obtain cleaning materials & deal with the offending mess. The next morning we found that the shower spray wouldn't stay in its holder as the plastic was split. This may sound trivial but it is awkward to shower with one hand when your other one doesn't work too well. When this issue was reported (so that we wouldn't get the blame for breaking it!) we were told it had been reported previously by staff and guests. Finally, although it is advertised as a 'Spa' hotel, it was not made clear on the Booking.com site that there is an additional charge of 60 to use the jacuzzi and sauna facilities. This accommodation is not at the cheaper end of the scale so I don't think it is too much to expect better cleaning and maintenance standards.
