  : Stayed in a room on ground floor with direct access to front gate and front garden. Property location was perfect for our positional requirements: located just a short 10 minute drive away from the busy city centre of Naples, yet in a very quiet, green, exclusive, and private gated community. The property was comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We also had a very charming and well-behaved feline neighbour who greeted us on our arrival on the very first day, not to mention on every successive morning before leaving for the day, and in the evenings upon our return. Although we hired a car for the duration of our stay, on a few occasions we took the local bus service into Naples and found the arrangement very practical, reliable and easy to use. Buses run very frequently throughout the day up until around 23:30. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable indeed. The bathroom was large. The accommodation had central heating which came on in the mornings and evenings and we never found it to be cold at all at any time during the day or night while we were there in January even though the temperature had dropped and there were some very cold nights. The owner changed our towels during our stay. The owner was very communicative and expeditious in her replies.
  : Although categorised as a B+B, this was in fact self-catering accommodation since our particular accommodation benefitted from having a fully fitted kitchen, but which lacked a few basic items and utensils. There was a full assortment of pots and pans, crockery, cuttlery, a four burner gas hob for cooking, etc., and an electric coffee machine, but no kettle, toaster, chopping board, kitchen knife for chopping and cutting up food, draining rack/washing up rack, and a few other practical items that would have made the kitchen better equipped. Despite this, we did not consider the kitchen at all inadequate for what it was. The owner replenished our breakfast supplies every day which we sometimes enjoyed, however, these were very basic and not of the standard or with the variety of items to be expected of a traditional B+B in northern Europe. We nevertheless bought our own breakfast supplies from the supermarket, but not because we thought that those provided by the owner were distasteful or unsatisfactory, but because we preferred to create our own breakfast menu with local products and produce. Parking was on the street immediately in front of the accommodation, but the street was a little narrow and spaces were limited, however, during our stay we managed to always return from a day out to find an available space. A mop, bucket and broom would have been appreciated so that we could have done our own cleaning during our stay. Despite the aforementioned, we thought the property to be comfortable and enjoyable.

  : The nature around and location, the croissant in the morning. And the person that welcomed us was nice.
  : We arrived and the disponibility of the host was not good... We could not talk with her on the prior arrival, we reached and we learn that we will not get the room with a view like in the aanounce. We end up in a small room inside the house where the host and her family live, very noisy, small and dark room. Woke up in the morning because the family was making noise. And then the water not working in the bathroom no shower no toilet. A real disappointement. She took of 10 from the booking for the water.
