  : Nice clean room with a big bathroom. Good location, walking distance to most things. Overall a good place!
  : Walls are pretty thin.A little heads up if you have trouble walking; the rooms are on the third floor with pretty strenuous stairs and there's no lift.

  : The staff member who greeted me had limited English. However, she was able to find me the information I needed quickly. She provided a walk through of the property and showed me which keys opened which doors. The room was a good size, with a wardrobe, bedside drawers, and a large bed. Kingsize, I believe. The room was clean and well lit. It has a small door with covering that allows you to open the door for air without the worry of birds, etc, coming in. If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not it. It provided me with a great location, comfortable bed, and cleaning facilities. I was barely in, really, as I out most of the day. When I got back, the room had been cleaned. The bathroom was provided with towels and tissue paper. The location was very good. It runs adjacent a main road with plenty of amenities. The port is also very close should you wish to get the boat to Sorrento, etc. It is only a 20 minute walk from the Garibali station, which is a main hub for public transport.
  : If I had to write anything, it would be small issues only to make the staff aware. The safe in my room was not accessible. The room felt safe. However having a safe gives travellers peace of mind. The soundproofing is not great as you can hear most things that are going on. In say that I had no trouble sleeping as the other guests were respectful. The bathroom floor gets wet when having a shower, even with the shower door closed. I am unsure if there is a communal room, as I thought I read this in the description. I may be wrong as I'd been looking at a lot of other properties. If there is a communal room, it could be highlighted better.As I say, these are very small issues and in no way criticism, more of a note for the staff. I would stay here again no problem.

  : The property is in the center of the city. The room was big, clean and full of light. It had a very good air condition :)
  : The toilet's sink was blocked and water didn't go away. A small fridge would have made the place perfect.

  : They allowed us to check-in earlier 10:30am which was awesome considering we had a 6am flight, and location is good too.
  : The room was clean and the outside bathroom too (a bit mouldy around the shower but ok), but the thing that bothered me was bed linen. Pillows smelled bad and old, it needs to be replaced asap.

  : All keys to the bathrooms were exactly the same so other people were able to get into your bathroom. Spent many nights with other people on our balcony smoking as theirs didnt have a balcony.

  : Location to Spaccanapoli which leads to some of the best restaurants and street food you will ever eat. Large bed, clean room. Staff were very friendly and offered to clean our room everyday. Air conditioning was great and easy to use.
  : It said that breakfast was from 8am to 10am in the bedroom, however no breakfast was offered. Not even a coffee machine to use or a kettle in the bedroom. The stairs up to the flat, if you are not able bodied, or have any health conditions related to mobility and breathing then dont book here. Stairs are very steep and lots of them, especially when carrying s 23kg suitcase.

  : The room was spacious and clean. The room had air conditioning, which was already running when we came in so it was nice and cold. We had our own bathroom in the room. The staff is very nice and accommodating. You can store your luggage after check out for a small surcharge.
  : The only problem was the shower, which was not working as it should and on our last night there was only cold water.
