  : very friendly owner, late checkin, spacious room, nice breakfast, fast internet connection, aircondition in the room and heating device in the bathroom, clean room and kitchen, free map and recommendations for sightseeing and highlights, safety with double locked doors,
  : shocking neighborhood, the elevator needed a 10cent coin to work (Maria provided with some coins, but I had to carry the luggage climbing up the stairs to the third floor), there should be a door handle at the exit door, poor soundproof, clear instructions on how to use the kitched devices are needed, limited breakfast space,
