  : Super nice and tidy - just like the photos. the bathroom was great, and the balcony did have view of the ocean. The room itself wasnt big but with the bathroom and balcony it didnt feel too crowded especially since we travelled as a couple.
  : It was placed in a quiet area which was nice, but a little too far from public transportation given all the stairs and hills in Napoli.

  : for family is very good ambient and nice view to see. pls without car it is comfortable because the street of Naples is very tight.
  : kitchen to use, because the breakfast in Italy is always very sweet. we want to make our normal breakfast.

  : The room is very nice and clean, the host is friendly, you can hardly hear the outside sound, but you can hear the sound of using the faucet in the next room, especially when they come back at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night
  : Sound insulation problem, the bathroom is easy to accumulate water

  : Clean and modern facility - close to shops and walking distance to via Toledo.
  : The location sits on a dead end street so many cab drivers dont want to drive you to your door. At night as a solo traveler it can feel sketchy .

  : Room was really nice, fresh and looked brand new
  : I was arriving to the hotel after 2pm and since my train got late I was offered to wait for the host to come give me the keys for 2 hours! I dont remember ever meeting a person with so much attitude: saying If you want to wait for me fine, if not, I don't know. - I am not staying at some hostel for 15/night not arriving at 5am to be told wait till 4.30pm to be checked in or f**k off, we got your money now anyways. It should be clearly communicated that there is no reception in the building and you will have to wait 2+hrs to get check in even though you arrive after 2pm. This experience was nothing but a headache. Not something you want to experience during your vacation, especially when youre spending 200. After an hour of negotiating Ludovica finally agreed to come an hour earlier so I can move in my room at 3.30pm. Spending an hour to negotiate and wasting all of my nerve cells isnt the most enjoyable experience on your holiday. Please do some staff training.
