  : The location is very close to central train station, so people can walk there without using metro. The staff is helpful.
  : The bed is very old and worn-out, so its very uncomfortable! Every day waking up with back pain, and body sores!

  : The communications and arrangements to get the property were very bad. It take me a lot of time. They asked me to pay in advance when the voucher said no prepayment needed.

  : It was very quite
  : The area was rather unwelcoming, luckily the house and room were okay.We struggled to get access as the phone number didnt work and we had to figure out how the enter it so it would connect.The lift and doors are very small, not ideal when travelling with a toddler.Stairs in the room were very steep and in our opinion dangerous for a toddler.

  : It was a good location and value for money. Clean, with great staff. Everything is managed remotely, so we never met them, but they were very helpful.
  : It's on the 4th floor and there are many steps to reach it. There is an elevator but we didn't feel too enthusiastic to use it because it looked quite small and not very reliable.

  : The location was amazing, and the room was cute and super clean. The kitchenette was a great touch, but we didn't use it. The beds were also comfortable

  : The room is spacious
  : First night we stayed in the hotel we were greeted with brown water in the bathroom so we could not wash our hands or shower, even the toilet water was brown when we flushed. We complained to the management and they said we will have to wait till the next day, so we stayed without being able to use the bathroom for any reason for a whole night. Come the next day we had to wait until almost afternoon to be notified that it had been fixed without any compensation for the horrible experience we had at their premise. The coffee cups that were left for us in the room where stained and not even cleaned properly. The kettle was beyond calcified and was not even cleaned. All in all stay away

  : The room is very big and spacious with a double bed upstairs and lounge/kitchen/bathroom area downstairs.
  : Getting into the property was a struggle as there had been payment issues that we weren't made aware of until we arrived at the property. Our only option was to take an hour walk to hand cash as the payment link provided by them continued to decline my and my partner's cards. I think if someone was actually there at the property to greet you on arrival it would have been a lot better and to let us know there was an issue of payment before we had arrived so we could try and sort it out instead of having to walk an hour in 40-degree heat. The staff were however very apologetic and friendly.
