  : The location was fantastic as well as all the amenities offered. Very friendly and professional staff. We were very pleased to be able to leave our suitcases at the front desk while we waited to check in time. The LOccitan products for toiletries were a plus!!

  : Its was all good/excellent.The only improvement opportunity is our bookings with the concierge for the courtesy car to pick us up from the ferry, our booking for the same car to go to a restaurant our first night, and our booking for that restaurant (Sea Grille), were all confirmed with the concierge, but none of them materialised at the times.In the end we walked from the ferry to the hotel no issue, the car happened to be free when we needed to go to the restaurant, and the restaurant could put us at the bar, but none were the same as if the confirmed bookings actually worked. Given our three first concierge bookings all didnt happen, and the front desk and restaurant all said they had had similar problems with the hotel concierge before, suggests this was more than three bad luck events.That said, the concierge did make excellent restaurant suggestions and the next two nights reservations all worked fine (although we did reconfirm ourselves!), so all was ok in the end.

  : Location was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast offerings. Room was comfortable and very nice bedding. The pullout was a bit uncomfortable. Overall great stay.
