  : Girlfriend noticed the hot water was intermittent, the day before, I noticed the water pressure seemed low, the one light by the bed didn't work but I couldn't lift the bed to get it off the cord and it wasn't important enough for me to bother staff

  : It had a good tv!
  : Uneven, unsafe, rusty stairs. Noisy neighborhood. Creaky floors. Broken lamps. Guys shouting at each other in the parking lot at 3 am. Needs serious remodeling. It looks like they just painted an old motel without repairing or updating the building. Solo blue collar types just there for work could probably handle this place. I wouldnt bring a woman or children here. Too sketchy.
