  : Simply, there is no kitchen. Misleading description. The internet sucks. They rent some cutlery against a deposit, if they have it available at the time (can take a few tries, by tries I mean days). I was rented 2 spoons, forks, knives, plates, cups and literally a dirty used towel from somewhere (it was still wet...). The kettle was disgusting to the point of unusable. There is no stove. It is advertised as a long stay apartment, yet is equipped at best like an average hotel room. The internet is more often not working than working, ended up staying on data. My colleague had the same experience. As a hotel in a big German/EU city, this one is shameful.

  : The room was really comfortable and the possibility to cook your own meals is great. The metro station is really close and with a ten min. ride you can easily get to the city centre. The staff was very kind and although there was a blackout because of a big storm they kept us informed and tried to improve the situazione as soon as possible.
  : During our stay of one week there was just one cleaning up. Another chance of the bath robes would make the stay perfect

  : Very helpful staff all around. Always eager to assist with the various enquiries. Young and motivated. The apartment cleaning staff also very good. Our apartment was rendered spotless in our designated cleaning day.
  : I was overcharged an extra parking day. Still awaiting reply to my email.
